How I Work
System Thinking
I use mapping to understand complex systems and uncover design opportunities. Visualising workflows, user journeys, and system interactions helps turn complicated processes into clear models that guide product decisions.
On Production Diagnostics, mapping the peripheral repair workflow revealed several hidden dependencies between tools, which helped the team design a clearer system structure.

Building Trust
I pride myself on the way I work with other stakeholders to ensure a product is shipped in the best possible quality. This includes creating 1:1 prototypes leveraging Figma's variable prototyping along with more recently; Figma make. Additionally I am known for building easy to understand files with well thought out documentation, avoiding complications when building a product.
Craft Knowledge
Having worked in environments where designers lead research, I’m comfortable delivering the full UX process; from discovery and research through to prototyping, testing, and agile release. My experience across ecommerce and B2B products allows me to balance user needs with practical product delivery.
